Where as,Vom Hallynn Haus,herein called the seller,is the owner of a German Shepherd Dog/Puppy,further described as follows: Breeder litter name___________________ Litter #_______________ Sex________________ Color______________ Sire's name___________________ Registration #______________ Dam's name_______________________ Registration#________________,here in called the buyer,is desirous of purcahsing the described dog/puppy as a Pet or breeding wroking prospect:______________.

In Consideration of the sum of $________ dollars,the seller here by conveys one German shepherd dog/puppy to the buyer under the following warranties and conditions,with no other warranties or conditions expressed or implied.

1. That the above discribed dog/puppy is a purbred registereable with the AKC.

2. That the above described dog/puppy is free from communicable disease at the time of sale.

3. That the buyer has 72 hours to have the have the said dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarain of his or her choice ,to varify good health.If this examination uncovers a serious health problem,as certified in writing by the veterinarain,then the seller will agree to replace the said dog/puppy with one of equal value when one is available.Breeder's Chioce of sire and dam if sire /dam of this said dog/puppy is unavailable.

4.Puppies sold as pets are sold with limited Registration,and must be neuterd or spayed by 6mo.

5.Breeding/Working prospect dog/puppy only are guaranteed for: ears to stand ,correct bites,males to have both testicles down by one year of age.Hips are guaranteed to OFA at two years of age with a fair,good,or excellent from the OFA( Orthopedic Foundation) for animals.If before_______________ this said dog/puppy in the opion of a licensed vererinarain,develops hip dysplasia due to its breeding then a spay or neuter certificate along with the confrimadation from the Orthopecdic Foundation for animals and the described said dog/puppy registration papers, be turned over to me the breeder before a replacemanet dog/puppy for equal value will be given when one is available.

6.If said dog/puppy is used before the age of two years old for breeding then the hip guarantee becomes VOID!!

7. That in all cases where a replacement is to be made by the seller, buyer may keep his or her said described dog/puppy ....but ,registration papers most be returned to seller before replacement will be made!

8. That the buyer agrees to assume all cost for Verterinatin and or any other health related needs of this said discribed dog/puppy while in the buyers possessiuon.

9.Buyer shall assume full responsibility for health,antiomicla make up and temperament of this discribed dog/puppy from this day forward.

10.Once said dog/puppy leaves ,we no longer have control over the temperamnet as we no longer have control of the type of eviroment for which the dog/puppy is rasied in.Dogs/Puppies often develop temperamnet problems as a result of the way they are raised.This is a learnest behavior ,that we have no CONTROL over.Beause of this there is no TEMPERAMENT GUARANTEE!

11.In the event that this said described dog/puppy is sold by the buyer.Then this sales contract and guarantees are NOT trainsferable to the new purchaser from Vom Hallynn Haus!

12.Buyer agrees the seller will REPOSSES dog/puppy UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT OR ABUSE at NO expense to the seller.Buyer agrees to never place said desrcibed dog/puppy in the SPCA or sell to a Pet Store or puppy mill or breeders who mass Produce puppies!

13.I the breeder of Vom Hallynn Haus German Shepherds have done every thing in my power to provide you with a well bred ,healthy dog/puppy characterized by mental and physival soundness.

14.I the Buyer,having read and fully understand this contract and guarantees,will abide by this said contract to its fullest demands.
